My running journey
Last time it was three. This time it is just me. I am just about to set off down to Winchester. I'm bloody nervous. The South Downs Way 100 mile Ultramarathon starts in 12 hours!!!!
What a fine bunch of men and so young. Have an absolutely brilliant time, it will be tough but nothing you can't handle. I'll be coming up the rear clearing the course treading in your footprints.
